Tassie Tour 2012 URGENT

Sorry Folks the formatting on the comparative fare chart went a bit astray.
In simple terms going at 9am on Monday 18th costs between $65 (no reserved seat i.e. walk around
or upgrade say to a shared berth at $86. The top  deluxe cabin costs $149

Going same day but overnight leaving at 9pm there is nothing available below a shared berth at $161
and the deluxe cabin jumps to $358 but you save the cost of the first night's accommodation in Tassie.

For the return, recliners are the cheapest available at $155 Sunday $128 Monday deluxe  $385 Sun. 358 Mon.

Got the picture or check it out at www.spiritoftasmania.com.au/

Given the differential its essential we don't delay our group decision.

Please can I urgently have your response even if it is that you have decided not to go or need to delay
a decision and take your chances on availability.

Hi Roger,

Will book  18th 9am (could I camp somewhere for the night? Maybe on your plot at the grac(v)e yard next to Burke/Wills....Also, I think that I can do coffee and more coffee and walk tracks into the deck. Although the cost for a cabin is negligible, can't see myself hiding under deck missing out on seascape pure.
Any idea how long the trip is ? In hrs I mean.
We somehow have to help Jürgen , will get in contact with him. See if I can help him. His truck is at least 3m high. He doesn't mind the cost though.

Great Hart,
I'll do the same i.e. 9am basic booking $65 to Devonport. I believe it is possible to upgrade to a cabin after we are aboard if we feel the need. We can leave the return booking a little longer.
Paul can you and Jurgen make your similar bookings - there are no height restrictions mentioned I don't think there will be a problem except there is less over 2.1 height places than vehicles under this height. If I can do anything to help in Melbourne let me know. You can also all use my place and/or nearby overnight places on Sunday night. We would need to be down at the boat by 8am I think. I'll get back with Tassie quarantine restrictions.
That just leaves John and Grace to hear from. Does anyone know if they are away as haven't heard from them since they first indicated they would come. Hope you can make it John & Grace.
The itinerary  I posted is short on detail but I am confident it has enough time for relaxing walks and coffee mingled with the best that Tassie has to offer.
Roger
