Trakka Syncro 1991 going for sale

Sorry to say due to circumstances beyond my control that my dearly loved 1991 Trakka Syncro gold pack will be going on eBay in the near future.
Has 230,000 klms on the clock, an overhauled gear box, de-coupler and rear diff lock. The photo on the front home page of this site shows my van it is in the front (the blue beast). If any interest/questions please direct coms strait to my personal email and I will reply direct asap.

It is the greatest toy hands down but the sale it is not by choice.
Maybe I should explain a bit and things will be clear. I was in my favorite toy down the snow parked it up then out for a ski with my son, starting to get the picture ? great day on the slopes except for the last few seconds.
Now in a tonne of plaster 3 fractures to my left arm with an estimated 2 yr recovery time == Not pleased at all.
I think you will now understand that manual vehicles are not on my list for some time and my new motorbike is now on bikesales.
Not a good week for this syncronaught.

Sorry to hear you need to sell the beloved '91 Trakka - this was the vehicle that inspired Deborah and I into action some years ago now....

I do hope such a good vehicle goes to a good home.....

Sorry to hear of the injuries, and the projected long recovery Rick. If your Income Protection insurance is paid up you might just have to go looking for a new T5 DSG 4Motion. Pity there’s still only relatively new ones out there (with DSG at least).

Maybe I should explain a bit and things will be clear. I was in my favorite toy down the snow parked it up then out for a ski with my son, starting to get the picture ? great day on the slopes except for the last few seconds.

What an absolute bummer - I'n so sorry to hear what has happened and the consequences.I see it as a selfless heroic action to allow you to free up more time to plan the next Shallow Crossing. Wish I could do something more helpful than just offering sympathy.Is there?  At least you should get back to your old self albeit with major time out from what you would otherwise be doing with your family and career. Keep smiling - at least you are not Rupert Murdoch!
