Travelling in France

Travelling now in Bretagne, France, meaning less communication but doing some digital nomading.

We started by taking the Syncro out of storage directly to an annual service and inspection, then a quicky to our holiday let in North Wales to see that everything is OK.

On our second day in France, while being in a service point (Water supply, gray and black drains), we noticed a Pizzamat. Select your pizza, and it is served hot from the machine. It was also very tasty.

Of course one has to stop by locals. A Renault 4 “Fourgonnette” the French term for van. Didn’t find a Citroen H van though.

We always try to wild camp, and use the app “Park4night”. One evening it led us to a family who hosts camper travellers as long as they drive a VW Kombi. New friends to share the passion. The photo shows only one of their T2’s.

This trip goes along beaches and lovely French towns. I Europe there is not a single beach that you are allowed to drive on, and this trip has no offroading.

Yesterday we found ourselves parking at the entrance of a Casino. We didn’t play the roulette but preferred a long walk along the beach.

Enjoy, and see you some day on some track.

Great looking van and travel pictures, keep them coming.

Hope your Australia wish comes true, there will happy Syncro’s to meet you across the land.

Love your travels and your syncro high top looks like the perfect vehicle for European travel.

I’m sure you can find some off-road adventures inland in France somewhere? Beach driving is fun though.

Keep sending though you travel updates.
