Finally got around to doing a cold tyre / warm tyre check. After your average drive on the black top I'm getting a 5 psi increase. So now I run 35 psi cold to end up at 40 psi warm. Bridegstone's are on the way out only good for about 45 k. Trying some Coopers next. Mark
The inflation pressures quoted by car and tyre manufacturers are cold. They already allow for heating. Greg

Les did extensive testing with tyre pressures and came up with 38psi cold.
is that 38psi all round - front and back?
Also what about the spare, do you usually keep that a bit higher?
