Paul,

Contact Mike Plompen (http://www.busman.be/).  Mike sells reconditioned viscous couplings and might be able to give you the dimensions.

Gday Paul,

Just measured my old VC on the workbench.

It's 144mm in diameter plus it has a welded on 18x9mm piece of metal
(locator key)on the circumference that adds another 2mm.

The length is 135.5mm.

Cheers.

Ken

You may be woundering why I need one. I have a customer who is
getting me to build a 2 wheel drive motorcycle & sidecar, i.e, when
the rear wheel spins the sidecar wheel starts to drive. Paul
