Yurik's Engine

References to Subaru engines reminds me that the 2.5 Subaru installed in Yurik's 16" is a work of art.  It fits very well into the engine compartment and looks like it was an original factory installation.  Highly professional.

Due to the fact that I was using my good lady's camera (mine is in for damage repair) and had total brain fade when it came to putting the appropriate memory chip into it, I ran out of memory and could not get pics of this truly great installation.  Very silly, very sad.

Les - that is a shame. Perhaps Yurik may be able to take a few photos?

If you want to see a perfect Subaru installation, have a look at Scott's, which was fitted by Graham Lees. It looks like factory.

Don't worry Les, I'm sure Yurik would have many fine shots of his "work
of art"

Les,

I don't know where Yuriks original 2.1 WBX motor went to from his
historical syncro but I do know I'm running that original motors AFM ...
closest keepsake link I have to that special syncro. Hope Yurik doesn't
ever want it back.

Camera memory is so cheap these days .... I just put in an 8Gb SD card
in my little camera the other month and it just goes and goes and goes
...... amazing. Plus a couple of spares as well.

What's special about Yurik's syncro?
