Rear Diff Lock cause damage?

Hi Richard,

 

We are on our way to Melbourne, we seem to have trouble receiving our e-mail on our old laptop.

The Syncro runs fine, I guess it will be the only Qld Syncro at the DOVW17!?

Mind you, we had a bit of drama before we left. Both front outer CV Boots split open.

However, I was already booked in with Rudi to replace the front outer bearings so it all got done at the same time.

All good now. I will work out the mileage later on - it seems to be much better.

Safe travels Theo/Christine!

No idea of any other QLD Syncros heading down. Glad Rudi got that sorted out. CV Boots do seem hit and miss these days, when mine were replaced, one is a hard plastic, it groans quite loudly when you turn tight corners as slow speeds. It had me looking right through the suspension and brakes all over before I traced it to the boot!!
